Mission
ISPE College’s mission is to advance the higher education in Kosovo through developing a study programs that relay on quality teaching and learning processes, develop and promote research, as well as the development of human resources which will provide quality community services, capable of facing global challenges.
The mission of the ISPE College is in line with the overall mission of the higher education in Kosovo, which is defined in the Law “On Higher Education in the Republic of Kosovo”.
Objectives
Objectives (likewise the Strategic Plan) of ISPE College are in line with the Institution’s Mission, and may be listed as follows:
- Providing quality academic services by applying contemporary teaching and learning methods;
- Having specialized academic staff for the proper implementation of the curricula;
- Establishing cooperation links with higher education institutions in Kosovo and outside of Kosovo with mutual interests in terms of exchanging student experience, academic staff, administrative staff and curricula;
- Providing student and staff opportunities for research and professional development;
- Educating and preparing proper staff for Kosovar society to be ready and able to access the labor market;Mission and Institutional Objectives are subject to continuous periodic evaluation and review, in order to follow the actual situation, adapt development policies and support them with the necessary resources.
