Today, at the ISPE College was present the candidate for the major of the Municipality of Gjakova Ms. Mimoza Kusari – Lila, who was invited to deliver a lecture for the ISPE Students.
In this lecture, Ms. Kusari – Lila paid a particular attention to her projects in case she wins the runoff election that will be held on 19 of November.
In her speeach, she said that Gjakova during the 4 past years during her leadership has achieved certain progres in several fields. The Municipality of Gjakova has been opened in front of citizens and has showed a high level of transparency by creating the possibility for citizens and organisations to have access to different official materials of the Municipality.
Another important point where the discussion was mostly focused is the infrastructure of Gjakova and espacially the conditions of the Gjakova airport. As every other candidate she faced with many questions raised by the ISPE students who were mostly interested in issues such as: education, health, ecnomic development, exploiation of the public spaces to which she referes as nobody has exploited the public space without the permission issued by the Municipality.
