Students Information System (SIS)

Students Information System (SIS) – is a software package for managing the educational, administrative and financial activities at the ISPE College. SIS enables the access to various groups of users in particular to students and professors. All users are enabled the online access to their accounts through the internet and each users enjoys the full privacy in his/her account.

SIS is built in three main modules:

Students – all students can have online access in: literature, grades, many administrative services, etc. This can be done in any place, any time through any information technology equipment which allows the internet access.

• Submit their exa The online submission of exams creates very favorable time conditions for each student.
• See the date, time and the room of the exam to be held.
• Choose the professor to who they want to sit the exa
• See the transcript of records and ECTS / accumulated credits,
• See their average grad
• Accept or refuse the grade for the exams passed.
• See the modules for the academic yea
• See the course descriptions of each academic yea
• See the registered semesters.
• See the curriculum for the relevant seme
• Read a large number of academic titles.
• Read literature, materials, and lectures for each mod
• Print all the literature entered in the
• See the timetable of lectures from Monday to Friday and Saturda
• See the time table of courses of foreign languages (English and German courses).
• Students of ISPE College are enabled through SIS to see their financial statement or the fees they pay for each semes
• Every student, through SIS can make suggestion, compliant or reque

Administration – the ISPE College administration has online access to SIS in order to carry out many services for the students. This web application assists the administration to be a modern, efficient, quick and without bureaucratic administrative procedures.

Professors – all academic staff of the ISPE College do have also access to SIS through which they can get in contact at any time with students and publish online lectures and materials.
