The ISPE College as an institution of higher education is established and function in accordance with the Law on Higher Education in Kosovo, the statute of the ISPE College and other internal acts.
The ISPE College operates according to the policies for a well-developed and quality education and with vision for the future. It operates in fully compliance with the overall mission of higher education in Kosovo and with the principles of the Bologna Declaration in order to provide comparable, compatible and coherent studies with the European institutions of higher education.
