Today at the ISPE College is officialy launched the implementation of the Talent Scout Programme from the Consortium leaded by the well known Company B&S Europe. This program is being developed in framework of the EU Project “Further Support to Free Legal Professions in Kosovo” (Notary, Privat Execution, Mediation, Bar Association and the Bancrupcy Administrators”.
This is the first inter-university project of this sort ever implemented in the countries of the Western Balkans where are taking part students of different Universities in Kosovo as selected from the respective institutions of higher education by themself (invited to participate students from the ISPE College, AAB College, UBT College, University of Pristina, University of Gilan and students from non –majority communities in Kosovo).
In the oppening ceremony of the program was present the team leader of the project Ms Pepa Laleva, and one of the best experts in Europe in execution issues Mr. Jos Uitdehaag.
The Talent Scout Programme aims to recognise the students with the role of the free legal profession in society and with the challenges they are currently facing.
This program will be implemented in two components – theoretical training where the students will have the opportunity to disscuss with practicioners of the best experts of legal issues about the aspects and the challenges appeared during the practical implementation of the free legal professions. This component will be developed in moduls composed of lectures, disscussions, exercises, and concrete cases of simulations.
The second component which will be developed imediately after the completion of the first phase is the four (4) month practical work – the students will be working in the offices of the free legal professions in Kosovo.
