Gen. Volker Halbauer, Kryetar i Këshillit të Kolegjit ISPE
Gen.Volker Halbauer ka një karrierë të shquar ushtarake. Halbauer është zgjedhur Kryetar i Këshillit të Kolegjit ISPE në mbledhjen e fundit të mbajtur të Kolegjit ISPE.

General (ret.) Klaus Reinhardt , Anëtar i Këshilit të Kolegjit ISPE
Gjeneral Klaus Reinhardt ka komanduar të gjithë nivelet e ushtrrisë gjermane, duke filluar nga togat deri te kompanitë, brigadat,batalionet dhe misionet ushtarake ndërkombëtare. Karriera e tij kulmoi me gradimin e tij në Gjeneral me katër yje si komandant i Forcave Tokësore të Aeancës së Evropës Qëndrore. Në këtë cilës nga muaji Tetor 1999 deri në Prill 2000 ai ka shërbyer si komandant i KFOR-it në Kosovë duke qenë në krye të 50.000 ushtarëve nga 39 shtete të ndryshme. Ai ka shërbyer në Forcat e Armatosura Gjermane për 41 vite. Aktualisht Gjeneral Reinhardt është ligjërues në Universitetin e Mynhenit në Gjermani dhe nga viti 2013 i shtohet listës së ligjëruesve ndërkombëtar dhe angazhohet si ligjërues vizitor në Kolegjin ISPE

Prof. Dr. Bengt Beutler
Prof. Beutler is one of the most renowned professors not only in the federal level of Germany but also in international level. Prof. Dr. Bengt Beutler has an immense working experience in the field of European Studies. He is also lecturer at the Universities of Bremen and Hamburg (in Germany).
During his career Prof. Beutler has also worked as judge in Paris in the year 1978 and also in Bremen in the years 1995-1997. Prof. Beutler has also taken part in different EU programs within the framework of Stabilization and Association Agreement with Romania, Hungary and Croatia.
His many years of experience in the field of law strongly related with the field of European studies is told through the prices he was awarded in the field of academic life, he was also honored with Honoris Causa from the University of Bremen.
Prof Beutler is lecturer and also member of Council of the ISPE College.

Gen. Karl Heinz Lather
Gen. Karl Heinz Lather was born in Kehna, Marburg in 1948. His live in army goes back in 1968 when he started trainings to become officer for artillery. He joined the Armed Artillery Battalion 135 in Wetzlar in 1970 and has served as instructor in the Idar Oberstein School of Artillery before taking command of the Battalion of Field Artillery 21 in Schwalmstadt. Since then, he has served for various military divisions and battalions. He was SFOR commander at the time when NATO entered in Kosovo and had considerable experience in NATO operations in the military and political aspect. Gen. Lather is a four-star general and honored with many titles.
General Lather is lecturer and chairman of the Council of ISPE College.
